MUNCIE — City police say a Muncie man was drunk when he crashed a stolen car near McCulloch Park early Wednesday.

2218 — Report of loud music at a Monte Vista apartment. The responsible party agreed to turn it down. A few hours later the complainant called back and said the music was still loud. Police responded again, but this time the music could barely be heard outside of the apartment.

Would Police or Park Administrators listen to me if I tell dog owners are always violating Park Laws?

IT’s a “Dogs must be on leash” park and all dog owners purposedly ignore it. They think it’s their park , i can’t do anything when i want to relax or do jugling and these **** dog owners think the dogs are like kids or the owners.

I may soon report this to .. i don’t even know who. Well anyways if i tell police or the City park company, would they do something about it?

Radnor: Police say a resident reported the theft of her 3-year-old child’s red tricycle and a pink and purple Fisher-Price Big Wheel from the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue in Rosemont. The theft occurred between Nov. 27 and Nov. 28. It was reported to police Dec. 3.
