Welcome To Park City

Hello and Welcome to Park City, Utah, home to the “Greatest snow on earth.”  My name is Jim Wrigley and thanks for taking a look at my website.  For YOUR sake I hope you do decide to rent my 3 story, 3 bedroom Town Home.   When you’re not here, I am here myself Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking and Golfing — all the time.  And like you when you stay here, I can do it all simply by stepping right outside my door without getting in a car.   First and foremost, what I like about staying here is it’s close proximity to everything.

Let’s take a quick look at the list:

Man and machine

  • Salt Lake City Airport -  An easy half hour drive up a well maintained major highway.
  • Park City Ski Resort - Literally, the property sits on the mountain.  The lift is 75 yards away.
  • Deer Valley Ski Resort - 1.5 miles away via an on demand ride that picks you up from my door.
  • Canyons Ski Resort – 4 miles away, via a free bus, again, right outside the door.
  • Utah Olympic Park – Ski jumping, Olympic Bobsled Course, Olympic Ski Museum, an interesting trip, all just 5 miles East and on the bus stop.
  • Main Street Park City – Less than a mile, and you can ski to town from my house.  Look for the run to the bottom of the town lift.
  • Mountain Biking – Rentals onsite, and trails onsite.
  • The Spiro Hiking Trails – Want to hike the Wasatch Range?  The trail head runs literally right through our development at Silver Star at Park City.
  • Park City Golf Course – The 12th Tee box is right out your window.
  • Cross Country Ski Trails – Some of the best maintained trails around leave right out of the heated garage.

Of course, nothing beats a POWDER DAY at Park City Resort and staying at Silver Star gives you a huge advantage.   Because we have our own lift, you will never see a lift line.  This makes getting the first runs down before the crowd as easy as falling out bed.  Literally.

After catching the first hours in the powder all to myself, I like to come back home and THEN have breakfast.  Or on a cold day, you can come in,  warm up in the hot tub, and still be back out on the slopes in time to call it an all out full day on the hill.  In addition to a brand new Town Home, you will also enjoy our own private base area.  At Silver Star you will ski down to no crowds, and there is no searching for a seat at the base lodge.  Instead it’s just a perfect intimate place to warm up, buy some sun screen, adjust your boots, enjoy a glass of wine, or anything that you might need in the middle of the day.  You can even take advantage of the wireless internet access so you can scoot back to the condo for that important conference call, before they even knew you were gone.
